Seoul is the capital of South Korea and the headquarters for the Dragon, a joinable faction for players. Seoul is a city of change, where modernized skyscrapers of concrete and neon lights shadow the ancient walls of clay and tile.

Although not originally from Seoul, the Dragon have decided to make this city their current base of operations. The Dragon realize the change that is overtaking Seoul and view it as a major location in their desire for balance. The maze-like architecture of the old streets and alleys, along with some magical assistance, keeps those not of the society from even noticing the Dragon's existence.
