Bordered by the Carpathian Mountains on the south and east with the Apuseni Mountains to the west, Transylvania is a well know region of Romania. The area, settled and resettled as empires rose and fell, has a rich history.

Little is known about how we will interact with Transylvania, first introduced in the Developer Diary World and Settings, but we do know that exploring players will need to keep an eye out for werewolves in the forests.
