A popular theory claims that big and bad are the two winning features when it comes to surviving on Rubi-Ka. Beings of disproportional size and with a nasty temper have been reported in most terraformed zones on Rubi-Ka.
This Photon Particle Emitter has been programmed with the nanobot coding for the nano program Gaze of the Hunter. It can now be used to transfer this coding into a Prepared Program Crystal. This crystal needs to be able to accept code from the PSI school of nano programs. Use this Emitter on the crystal to create the nano crytal for Gaze of the Hunter. This is a tradeskill item.
Nano Crystal - When in the form of a wolf, the adventurer is able to execute this nano program on any friendly target that is also in the form of a wolf. This nano program will increase the perception skill of the target by 400 points. It also has the lesser effect of increasing the evasion skills of the target by 26 points and maximum health by 15 points.
