Description
This is an updated version of the old Techtronica Neural Disruptor.
The Disruptor first sends out a patrol of Toiler-Bots to get an imprint of the nervous system of the target. It then designs a freely unfolding energy cloud fit to damage only the targeted victim. It is an extremely painful weapon.
This weapon can be upgraded further. It is possible to balance the weapon so you hit more precisely (this will make the weapon NoDrop).
