Description
This is the first step in creating a Rollerrat Helmet. The next steps go as follows:
1. Use a Hacking Tool on a 'MasterComm - Personalization Device' to create a Communication Device that can be used by the helmet.
2. Stretch the Tanned Piece of Rollerrat Flesh around the framework of the Communication Device.
3. Smear a full tube of Ancarim Sun Tan Lotion on the surface of the helmet to make it last.
4. Put on your Rollerrat Helmet.
