The pharmaceutical company Still Alive decided in the summer of 29482 to give out a promotional t-shirt to raise awareness of their brandname. Unfortunately, the warehouse in which these shirts and other marketing aodb_items were stored before the campaign started burned down, and only a limited number of t-shirts ever hit the streets, thus becoming something of a collector's item.
