The Spirit Tech Crafting Tool is made and distributed by JAME (Jobe Association of Metaphysical Exploration). It is used for manufacturing various pre-programmed spirit tech devices and appliances. In many cases it just needs a sample from a Shadowlands creature to be able to construct things like e.g. Spirit Tech Source Excavator Shells.
