The tear blade is built on a cutlass base. It has multiple, interchangeable prongs and needles along the edge. The prongs produce an open wound, while the needles inject a short-lived nitrogen based nerval poison. 'Everliving' bots inside the blade is supposed to be able to keep the little poison bladders filled, but they usually die within the first 5 years.
