Description
This is a plate of food. The meat is tender and aromatic, cooked for as long as 6 to 7 hours and finally baked in an oven to make the top layer of fat crispy. On the side is finely shredded cabbage that has been fermented to gain a distinctive sour flavor. Lastly, potatoes have been mashed and mixed with a little cream, butter and garlic.

The dish is heavy but very tasty.
