The River's use liquid as a base from which nanobots are created and shaped into projectiles, and fired by the means of a modified vacuum discharge turret. The tank can be filled with any kind of liquid, Jandawit clusters take care of impurities. Some planets and corporations insist that this weapon is breaking galactic agreements, especially the Tuetha-Bavor technology pact, where it's written that liquid nano's in any form is illegal, both in development, producition and sale. However, the liquid in this gun isn't used 'as it is', but shaped into solid matter (devouring nano-bullets). No action is yet taken against the manufactor.
