This is an alien upgraded NCU Coolant Sink. It installs in the Deck slot and stabilizes the execution of Nano Programs, reducing the chance of Execution Malfunctions due to the Runner being damaged or moving. NOTE: You need to have a NCU Deck Slot available to equip it.
