This was once a Nano Crystal. Sadly, someone has tried super charging it. Adding that to the erosive effect of the Shadowlands it is quite damaged.

It is by no means certain that this crystal longer works.

Nano Crystal - Temporarily blinds the target. While blinded, the target has a much lower chance of hitting when attacking.
