This was once a Nano Crystal. Sadly, someone has tried super charging it. Adding that to the erosive effect of the Shadowlands it is quite damaged.
It is by no means certain that this crystal longer works.
It used to contain:
Nano Crystal - The very air of Rubi-Ka is a source of Notum for those willing to gather the precious material. Notum molecules float around, trapped inside water droplets. This nanoformula causes the nanocloud to extract these particles of Notum. This allows the nanocloud to rebuild lost nanomachines much faster than would otherwise be possible.
