This was once a Nano Crystal. Sadly, someone has tried super charging it. Adding that to the erosive effect of the Shadowlands it is quite damaged.
It is by no means certain that this crystal longer works.
It used to contain:
Nano Crystal - Creates a small pellet of titanium which is then accelerated at great speed toward the target, inflicting 122-237 points of projectile-based damage.
