This bracer was forged in the orbital fabrication plants of the battle stations. This bracer was only possible to make due to use of newly found Xan technology. But as this is the first attempt to actually use it, the bracer might behave a little unpredictable when used.

For unknown reasons this bracer will not work neither on Rubi-Ka or in Shadowlands, but only out in space, e.g. on the battle stations.
