Nano Crystal - For 20 minutes, the Agent takes on the appearance of a Fixer. This also modifies the nano controller the Agent possesses, allowing the use of Fixer-only nano formulas. Unfortunately this causes the nano controller to operate in a sub-optimal fashion.
