Nano Crystal - For 20 minutes, the Agent takes on the appearance of a Bureaucrat. This also modifies the nano controller the Agent possesses, allowing the use of Bureaucrat-only nano formulas (but not the use of any Bureaucrat pet shells). Unfortunately this causes the nano controller to operate in a sub-optimal fashion.
