Nano Crystal - Augments the combat abilities of the bureaucrat's mind controlled Slave. This nano will actually 'increase' the level of the monster that is mind-controlled for a short period of time.

It will always break the mind-control when the effect expires.

This nano works by gaining a psycho-physiological effect through extreme persuasion. The result is that only physical aspects of the monster is changed, not anything to do with nano-skills or actual abilities. It will also slightly increase the chance of the monster being attacked by its target.

This nano will only work on monsters of lower power than the bureaucrat.
