This semi-solid cube feels strange underneath your touch, bits and pieces giving way slightly before springing right back to their original form. Nanites swirl within its form but they appear to be free of programming, no informational data uploaded to their memory banks.

This is still a lump of goo, but it seems to have absorbed the nanite recompiler without a problem. Maybe there really is something to this stuff. Doesn't make it any more pleasant to hold, though.
