This is a piece of circuitry ripped from the biosuit of an alien invader. Interestingly enough, the design is relatively easy to understand, and doesn't seem all that different from the sort of circuitry found within more familiar technology. In fact, it's entirely possible you might be able to work with it if disassembled.

Congratulations, you've managed to take apart the alien circuitry. Good job. This just leaves the question of what the hell to do with it now....
