This vial, found on the corpse of Chief Virologist McLaughlin, once contained a very important sample of the neurotoxin currently floating around the Neretva Canyons. Unfortunately, though, it's been too long since it was removed from the hands of the virologist, and the vial is now pretty much worthless. Oh well.
