There aren't that many intelligent weapons around, but the Bow of Ferocious Appetite is one succesfull attempt at mass-producing such a weapon. The bow's limited master-learning ability is one of the reasons commercial production could be attempted. On Rubi-Ka bows were never that popular though, and import is generally not expected to pay off much, even less from selling a highly specialized bow like this.
