A collapsible sniper weapon - designed by some faction of the Unionist clan for the purpose of assassinating General Frank Kaehler the elder. It was used with great success during some summer months in 29472. Kaehler was killed twice a day on average - making him quite incapable of performing his duties in a satisfactory way.
