Vito's Plasteel Armor got its name from Vito, an Enforcer in the truest sense of the word. He enforced the will of the highest-paying client. The Plasteel Armor was his favorite armor, so he had this special version made for himself. The first three people he ordered it from failed to deliver. All of them accidentally fell out of Vito's yacht, never to be found again. In the end he got his armor though, with the added protection from chemicals he had asked for. No more people have been observed falling out of his yacht after that. Vito has, however, received several fines for dumping man-sized barrels of chemicals in the ocean...
