The Titan Plasteel Armor was originally made for the ground troops who crushed the rebellion on the ice planet Titan-IC. Before the ground invasion the entire planet was nuked from orbit, so the invasion troops needed protection against radiation added to this armor. 78\% of them still died of the heavy radiation, but the rebellion was defeated.
