Description
This Photon Particle Emitter has been programmed with the nanobot coding for the nano program Enhanced Health Surge. It can now be used to transfer this coding into a Prepared Program Crystal. This crystal needs to be able to accept code from the Medical school of nano programs. Use this Emitter on the crystal to create the nano crytal for Enhanced Health Surge. This is a tradeskill item.
