Someone inexplicably decided to place sensitive, classified information in written form on paper. These documents all bear a stamp of "CLASSIFIED: SECRET DOCUMENTS. EYES ONLY" at the top of each page. There is a strange nanobot-enhanced pattern printed into the background which would likely make any attempt to copy these documents extremely difficult, if not impossible.

The text itself is encrypted, but with enough time and effort, and perhaps a little assistance from a hacker, it could be made understandable.
