The Aleph 99 was made by George Minnermann, an office worker in one MTI's labs in the western districts. He was not an engineer by profession, but he had a great interest in numerology and the occult. For some reason he wanted to construct a machine gun that had only 'perfect' measures, and used 'perfect' materials. He laboured with this project in his spare time for 16 years until he presented it for the professionals at MTI. His efforts were applauded, and the gun was put into production 1 year later. Currently George Minnerman is working at constructing the 'perfect' anti-material cannon.
