Captain Philip Lotto made himself the arch enemy of the 'Beefeater' - the mercenary Constantin Craddock. The Omni-Tek Corporation tried many times to use the captain as bait for capturing Craddock, but he always escaped. In the end Captain Lotto had grown so paranoid that he had to be retired from service. He officially settled down in 2HO, but he probably spent most of his remaining life somewhere in the Artery Valleys.
