This is a belt component platform, it allows you to equip NCU memorys into your personal deck storage. The amount of memory that you can equip is dependent on the QL of this belt. The higher QL belt - the more slots you can fit.

To Equip this Belt, you will need to apply Improvement Points (IP) to Computer Literacy. Open the Skills window and look under Trade & Repair.

This is a basic alien belt. Sadly it's not much use without additional upgrades.
