The suit was originally made for mining, but proved somewhat unsuitable for that purpose. With some minor changes and additions it became an incredibly good armor, which protects its wearer against most types of melee, projectile and energy weapons. In the Omni-Pol elite battle suit, most of the old plating is replaced with far more advanced Omni-Pol elite armor.

NOTE: Due to their supreme hermetic abilities, all battlesuits block your communication with nanobots. This lack of contact will effectively put the bots to death as time passes.
