This computer is used to store a huge range of various database tables. It is not very smart and has no built-in AI, but it has an enormous capacity to hold information. (Note to the technically interested: In 28974, a professor Skeria Krow used one of these to track the location and charge of all atoms in his body once every nanosecond, for a whole year!)
