I've been rudely interrupted and treated pretty harshly from total asshats wanting things from my fixer. While I will almost always buff someone that asks; follow these guidelines....after all, you are asking for a FAVOR, and I don't even know you.
If you're standing RIGHT NEXT TO ME, do NOT send me a /tell
--You usually will interrupt a current /tell, and force me to MIS-tell.
Even if I'm not in a /tell, I hate that.Where there are 23 Fixers standing in Newland, don't ask me to de-yalm and team with you for an NCU buff.
If you see me fly by you and zone away, I'm probably doing something. Do not send me a /tell asking me to come back, de-yalm, buff you, etc, and then send me 1 /tell every 3 seconds saying "HELLO?????????????????" when I don't answer you right away. Give me at least THREE SECONDS to zone, read your request, and type back to you.
Don't demand F-Grid from me. Especially when I was level 43.
Don't call me a "Goddamned liar" and a "Greedy S.O.B." when I tell you I don't HAVE TEAM F-GRIDDid I mention, don't send me a /tell if you're standing right next to me?
If you plan on asking fixers for buffs, look them up on AODB and note how many NCU they take up. This will save you embarassment and having to then clear a buff, ask for NCU, then re-ask for same buff, etc.
I don't mind not being tipped for a buff; I hardly ever expect one. But if I team with you to give you NCU/HoT/Run/Damage/B&E you'd better at least recharge my NCU when I sit. At $19K for a stack of 50 rechargers, I'll use 2 buffing you...don't be cheap. My buffs are going to save your a*** for the next 15-60 minutes. At least say "Thanks!"
Be polite, and don't come back to me every 15 minutes for a HoT; Join a guild with a Fixer and befriend him.
Don't say "run plz". Use complete sentences and words. This instead looks like a demand, and is quite rude in appearance.
